Yoga for Anybody with Any Body

Yoga for anybody with any body is coming to the Landers Association every Monday 2-3 pm and Thursday 3:30-4:30 pm No sign up needed just come drop in 😀 Fee: $10 for the hour long class you can pay in cash, checks, PayPal – firstname.lastname@example.org, or Square
Open to adults of all levels from chair yoga to intermediate with a focus on breathing, relaxation, opening the joints and strength and balance building.
There will be some yoga mats available for use; however, if you don’t have one, you can usually find them at Marshall’s or Ross for around $10.
Yoga instructor Larry Rosenwinkel has been teaching yoga for 12 years including 24 Hour Fitness and Nifty After Fifty as well as having brought yoga to domestic violence shelters in the Long Beach area for 10 years by way of his nonprofit

An all-levels class, we’ll connect mind, body and breath with a vigorous vinyasa yoga flow.
Bring water and a mat. We’ll have some mats and yoga props to lend, but if you have your own favorite equipment, please bring them!
Laura Hauther did her 200-hour training at Power Yoga Palm Springs after 6 years of dedicated practice. After trainee teaching at PYPS, she taught at Copper Mountain’s Community Center as well as private sessions. A mediator since childhood, Laura finds the enhanced mind/body connection she discovered in yoga brings new dimensions to her practice.
