Pelvic Workshop for Women

If you are a woman, this workshop is for you! No yoga experience needed. A healthy, balanced, pelvic floor provides support for your entire body, especially your core.
This workshop improves your awareness and knowledge about the pelvic floor which benefits your mobility, activity and well-being. You will learn how to relax the pelvic floor and practice yoga poses to tone, strengthen and create balance in the pelvic floor.

Jennica Joyce brings her personal experience of childbirth and rehabilitating her pelvis after it was fractured in a car accident as well as her background in anatomy & physiology and prenatal yoga teaching experience to this workshop.
